We are always looking to expand our team. Crew can opt to do as many festivals as they wish, some people do one or two events, others work with us for the whole season.

At most events the crew get paid the national minimum wage but on occasion we use volunteers to boost numbers or when finances are tight,

You need to be over 18, have a caring attitude and be willing to have a CRB check. Crew receive a pass into the festival, meals at most events, travel expences and full training.
